The service

By using daarbh you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. daarbh coordinates the service requests you make through the app and explains next steps in line with what you see on screen. daarbh provides categories, contact channels, and request tools for home services in Bahrain. We manage intake and coordination of requests—including assignment to our operational staff or contracted field teams—as described in the app. You must use the service lawfully and fairly.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You must be legally able to enter contracts in Bahrain. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or requests. Service partner accounts, where offered, require approval and accurate business information.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity; to spam; to scrape or reverse engineer beyond normal use; to upload malware; or to infringe intellectual property. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules or risk other users.

Content and reviews

You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it to operate the platform. Reviews should be honest and based on genuine experience. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that breaches law or these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is”. For services we arrange for you, daarbh’s liability is limited as permitted by law and does not extend to matters outside our reasonable control; on-site work may be carried out by teams or contractors under arrangements we explain. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
